is TrackIT?
The Help Desk Services (IT) uses on-line software called 'TrackIT' to record and track helpdesk requests. By using this program, you can request for computer technical help and track the status of your request on-line. Additionally, you can track the status of your phone call requests to the help desk at extension 6000.
You will be required to have your password each time you use TrackIT. Your user name is the name is the same as your network user name and password. This means; user name is the first part of your e-mail address, and password is your ID number, but it is likely this won’t work the first time. If so, call x6000 and they will reset your password.
