The Mailbox view has changed considerably from the
Outlook XP. Many of the new features help manage mail
messages more efficiently, thereby saving considerable time
sorting through emails. Below is a screen shot of the new
Mailbox arrangement. Notice that all Outlook Windows are
arranged vertically.

Features in the New Outlook Mailbox
Below are some highlights of the new features and
arrangement of the Outlook Mail.
- Favorite Folders:
Show a quick view of most used folders
- All Mail Folders:
Shows all Folders in the Mailbox Folder
- Buttons:
Click the buttons to display the other views in Outlook
- Inbox:
Displays all email messages in the Inbox.
- Mail Message:
Opened mail messages display vertically by default. This
reduces the amount of scrolling required to see the
entire message.
New Feature:
Mail messages are divided by the time received by
the little buttons with the plus sign. Click the plus
sign to see all messages received that day, week, or
month.
